Speciality Soybean and Speciality Barley Exclusion

Per PM-10-005 an insured may elect to exclude specialty soybeans or barley and insure them at their contracted price as long as they insure them under the APH plan of insurance.  ADM Crop Risk Services has an exclusion form that MUST be completed and submitted with the application.  This exclusion form is only required if the insured elects to exclude them and insure them at the contract price.  If they wish to use the regular base or additional price then the exclusion form is not needed.
