Speed up your claim process by utilizing the Express Claim offered by
ADM Crop Risk Services. This process was developed
to serve our insured's better by expediting the process of finalizing
losses.
How to Qualify for an Express
Claim
Crops that are eligible for Express Claim include: Almonds,
Barley, Canning and Processing Sweet Corn, Canola, Corn,
Cotton, Dry Beans, Dry Peas, Flax, Grain Sorghum, Green Peas, Oats, Peanuts,
Popcorn, Rapeseed, Rice, Rye, Soybeans, Sugar Beets,
Sunflowers, Wheat and any other crop covered under CRC, RA and IP plans
of insurance.
- All acreage must be harvested.
- Third party, written verification must
be available and submitted with the claim for all indemnified units.
- Settlement/Delivery
Sheets identified by unit or FSN are acceptable
- Individual load tickets ARE NOT acceptable
Dollar Tolerances for Express Claims
Optional Units
- Not greater than $5,000 per unit
Basic Units
- Not greater than $10,000 per unit
Enterprise
- Not greater than $10,000 per unit
Whole Farm
- Not greater than $10,000 per unit
The dollar tolerances established are based upon production losses only. If
the revenue loss causes the indemnity to exceed the tolerance, it is
still eligible to be worked on as an Express Claim.
*** Please note that agents are not allowed to complete
or be involved in the Express Claim process with the exception of
sending the insured blank Express Claim forms. The insured must complete
the Express Claim form in its entirety. Express Claims
are not allowed for farm-stored production, for any individual in
which a conflict of interest exists, if zero production is reported,
or for production fed to livestock.
