ADM Crop Risk Services - Hail Probability

This Crop Hail Notification program is a value-added service and is provided to all agents with an active crop hail policy at no expense to the agency or insured.

The program is designed to send the agent an email when there is a probability of hail located within the county of the documented legal sections of a hail policy. This allows the agent the ability to contact the insured and inform them of the possibility of crop damage after a storm has occurred.

This pilot program will help determine the value this service provides to our agents. Based on the feedback we receive,
we will evaluate moving the program into Aeros™ and adding more functionality in the future.

Possible	40% chance of hail, scattered small or sporadic large (up to 3/4").
Likely	75% chance of hail, significant amounts of small hail or sporadic large (up to golf-ball size).
Severe	95% chance of hail, excessive amounts of small hail or sporadic very large (maybe up to baseball size).
Extreme	95% chance of hail, copious amounts small hail or sporadic extremely large (maybe softball size).

* Note: These are general guidelines only and are not based on quantitative research data. Generally anything rated "Likely" or higher has 50% or greater crop damage.

We suggest that you contact each policyholder with this information and recommend that the acknowledged client(s) inspect pertinent crops for potential hail damage. This message is not an admission or a deniable of any hail damage to crops.
